What the numbers tell you over a year
Total distance and monthly fuel spend make the true running cost of a car visible, which makes decisions about a second car, a lease or a train pass much easier. The average trip length tells you whether the car is a commuter or a weekend machine.
The map turns the log into a record of places. Filter by tag and the year's trips sort themselves into family visits, holidays and work.

Frequently asked
Can it track mileage for tax or work?
You can log distance and destination per trip and see totals. There is no export to a tax form yet, so treat it as your own record for now.
Does it calculate fuel consumption?
Not automatically. Log litres as a variable and you get totals and averages; litres per 100 km as a computed stat is on the wish list.
Can I log a multi-day trip as one entry?
Yes. One entry can span any length — use the notes and photos for the days in between, or log each leg as its own entry if you want per-leg distances.
